  • I wanted to start working out but I didn’t know where to start, especially being a few months postpartum. I’m in a comfortable environment and I am pushed to do my best. I defiantly recommend them to anyone that is interested in working out and maybe can’t go to a gym, they come to you! 10/10

From personalized training that fit my health needs, to discussing nutrition, and helping me to set goals, this gym did it all. I loved that the gym was able to come to me. Giulia tailored my routines to ensure I was using the proper mechanics and showed me great ways to stay healthy without needing a lot of equipment. She literally has every piece of equipment you could possibly need to get your workout on and see results! Best part is she’s right here in our neighborhood!   • If you're looking for someone to motivate you, provide real time support, and teach you from the ground up how to improve your form she is the one to go to. Giulia has gone above and beyond to mentor me, send me links to different recipes and workouts and has been available for all my beginner questions. When I say she goes above and beyond I mean she doesn't just motivate me during a workout but provides coaching and support in the ways we interact, helping me to reach my goals by offering a healthier perspective and grounding me when I've struggled. She personally cares about helping me reach my goals and that has made a huge difference in how I view my fitness journey.

  • I have worked with a couple different trainers and by far, Giulia has been the best. If it wasn’t because we both PCSed, I would definitely still be working with her. She is always so motivational, muscle goal orientated based on your wants, and supportive. Any question I had she was willing to answer. She was very flexible with her schedule and made every session count. I really enjoyed working with her, you are in good hands!

  • I have been working with Giulia tri fit mobile gym for over 3 months. It has been a great experience. She is an amazing trainer. Very passionate and supportive in your goals. There is so much flexibility that I am able to plan my sessions around my 8-5 job and my toddler. I even bring my toddler with me to sessions if needed which is a huge help! In just these 3 months I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and weightloss journey. She has helped turn working out into a fun hobby where I am looking forward to each session every week! You won't regret working with Giulia on your fitness journey!

I am a full time working mom running a small business and was having a really hard time fitting in time for myself at the gym and prioritizing my health in my busy season of life.   • I started taking the boxing classes and I have been blown away by the experience. The instructor is not only incredibly knowledgeable but also extremely motivating and personable. They push you to your limits while ensuring you maintain proper form and technique. The class structure is well-designed, incorporating a mix of cardio, strength training, and boxing-specific drills that keep the sessions engaging and challenging. Whether you're a beginner or have some experience, the classes cater to all levels and provide a supportive environment for everyone to improve their skills. Highly recommend!

  • High energy & intensity! Definitely worth the money. It’s not as packed as your normal public gyms so you get more one on one time for corrections or just feedback which I like. Everyone is always encouraging and motivating. Try a session and you’ll want to keep going! I think every woman should take a boxing/ self defense class. Also the spray tanning is top tier!! I loved how even and deep my tan ended up coming out. Highly recommend!!

  • “Where do I Start?” Was a question that was achieved with Tri Fit! Once i got with this Gym family(4 months now), there was no turning back on my Fitness journey. Tri Fit made working out less of a chore and more of a loved hobby! The passion that these trainers have; Is Contagious!
