If you’re looking for a small private setting, a sense of community with other women that share the same goals, Tri Fit Camp has you covered. This class is open to all levels of fitness as modifications are always given. Class focus varies with a mixture of HIIT, strength and cardio.

Boxing Fitness Class
Learn all the foundations of boxing in this non contact class while burning lots of calories! This co-ed class is high intensity and we encourage you to bring your own gloves! Class may not be suitable for all levels so please contact us before booking.
