Mobile Personal Training (Women only currently)

We know that getting to the gym can sometimes be a chore in itself and that is why we come to you with our studio! Save time and if you have littles and don't feel ready to take them to the gym’s daycare they can join us! Our personal training service covers all aspects of heath and fitness. Building better habits, nutrition and focusing on your specific needs and how we can realistically make them happen will be our main focus.

We currently operate within 20 miles of Mustang and if you’re outside of that let us know and we can see if we can make it work!

Neighborhood, park or business BOOTCAMP CLASS 1 HOUR (3 people minimum)

Whether you’d like to book a bootcamp for a recurring weekly session or for a special event, our crew will come out to your location and set up a fun and challenging class! Our bootcamps are high intensity interval style classes that combine full body strength and cardio movements. They are designed to leave the entire crew sweaty and tired but wanting to come back for more!

In Home Studio Personal Training (Women only currently)

Working on a budget but still would love to train with me? Save some money and come to train at my home studio. We are located off of 44th and County Line near Mustang.

Pelvic Floor/ Post Partum Rehab CPT Program

Pregnancy is a special time in a woman’s life! Welcoming your new bundle of joy is even more exiting, but it requires lots of strength carrying all the things that come with a newborn! We offer a program that tailors to the changes our bodies go through post-partum. We spend lots of time focused on regaining inner core strength and give you access to our private Instagram page that has workouts you can do on your own at home as an addition to the program!

Our Personal Training Services Include

  • Workouts to do on your own will be found in our Everfit app that are customized based on what equipment you have available.

  • Know how many calories you should consume based on your activity level, height and weight and also learn best ways to keep track of everything.

  • Learn all about macros and get lots of recipes that are high in protein with our two guides.

  • Access to my video packed 12 week upper body program that can be done at home with bands or in the gym.

  • You don’t have to remember everything we do in person! My page is packed full of lots of videos to help you on your journey to a stronger core!

  • You are not alone in this journey! Our fitness community is here to support you!
